Human Cord Blood Serum Derived Exosomes

Isolated extracellular vesicles derived from umbilical cord bloodserum(CB).  Vessicles are isolated via size exclusion chromatography and collected in phosphate buffered saline (PBS).  Serum was obtained using consent forms and protocols approved by either the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or an Institutional Review Board (IRB).
